Once you’ve finalised your design, you can submit your plans to Peet for approval (see Building Guidelines) before starting construction of your dream home!

For ideas, practical tips and inspiration to build a new contemporary home, residents can access a raft of new home information online through the Housing Industry Association and the Master Builders Association websites.

Greenwood Grove has been master planned to offer quality, community living. Home Designs Guidelines have been prepared to assist you to design and build your home to a high standard, maximising the value of your investment and enhancing the quality of the community as a whole.

You will be required to submit your house plans to Peet Limited for approval before starting home construction.
