Building covenants have been designed to protect the quality of Greenwood Grove.
These sensibly drafted building covenants will ensure that all homes at Greenwood Grove will be constructed and maintained to an acceptable standard to protect your investment in your new home.
All home designs must be submitted for covenant approval prior to construction. Please complete the Building Design Application Form and forward together with your house plans and colour schedule to Peet Limited for assessment.
